Investing in Plymouth baby photography
Investing in Plymouth baby photography has been on my mind this week so I thought that it was about time that I give my stance on the topic. Everyone has a budget. This might be a budget for the weekly food shop, a budget for a new piece of furniture or a budget for a new car. I have a budget for things in my life too. Everyone also has luxuries that they wouldn’t want to live without as well. For you it might be the latest phone, an exotic family holiday somewhere hot or a big TV. BUT, these things wont last forever. The car will eventually run its course and you will need to replace it. The phone might 3 years. The holiday will come to an end. The new TV will need to be replaced one day too. And none of these things are cheap. Being a…

5 things to consider when choosing a Plymouth baby photographer
When choosing a Plymouth baby photographer what are you supposed to look for? There is such a big market now of local Plymouth photographers so I thought it might be helpful if I gave a little advice that I have picked up on my journey as a photographer. Baby Safety when choosing a Plymouth baby photographer Baby safety is THE MOST important thing to consider when booking a Plymouth newbornphotographer. You will have already researched the best car seat, the best pushchair and the best cot for your baby. So why not also put the same level of research into your baby photographer? Just because someone has listed themselves as a photographer does not mean that they know how to handle a baby or how to safely pose them. You want to not only love your gorgeous baby photos but also love the SAFE experience that you and your baby…
Baby photos in Plymouth – some highlights of 2019 so far!
Its been an amazing year and I thought I would share some of my studio baby photos in Plymouth highlights so far! Little Rocco was the first newborn I had in my Plymouth studio in January 2019. He was such a little star and slept so well during his baby session. The fox theme was one of my favourites – he rocked his Plymouth baby pictures! Jonah was amazing for his newborn session. Although he didn’t like to sleep much it was great to incorporate a whale into his baby photos! I love being able to incorporate fun themes into my Plymouth newborn photography! I loved Eliza’s studio session. Her Daddy services in our Royal Navy and it meant that we could do a really fun Navy themed shoot. I had recently acquired my bath tub for the studio so I was desperate to give it a little try in…
The person behind the camera in Plymouth!

If you are hunting for me out on location I always say look out for the lady with the ginger top knot! How did you come to live in Plymouth? I come from a little place called Basingstoke in Hampshire. No one has ever heard of Basingstoke so I normally just tell people I am from Reading! I went to university in Swansea in Wales and eventually returned to the Swansea area to take a job working in a well known photography studio. My husband and I decided to relocate to Plymouth after he secured a job in the local area. We LOVE Plymouth and decided to set up home here! Who couldn’t fall in love with the beaches? We are so lucky to be surrounded by so much natural beauty!…

Evan’s Space themed Plymouth baby photoshoot
It was such a pleasure to have Evan in the studio for his Space themed Plymouth baby photoshoot! And he totally rocked his session! What a little star! I have a wide…
